"The hotel was conveniently located in a safe and quiet location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained and included a very comfortable bed. The breakfast options included in the rate were excellent! Security issue: The bathroom tub is too high to step into with no wall handle to help in the process and tub access is partly blocked by a fixed glass pane. This is an accident waiting to happen, especially upon exiting the tub. "

"Our stay began with a nice complementary bottle of sparkling wine. The rooms were nice, quite a stylish. The breakfast buffet was nice with real eggs instead of the ubiquitous powered eggs and a custom made omelette was available. Also with breakfast was a feee choice of sparkling, white or red wines and of course various coffees made to order. The tram runs by the hotel but the rooms are exceptionally quiet and if you don’t want to take the tram you can walk across the bridge into the central...

"The most exciting features of this hotel are its convenient walkable location to the city’s primary sites; many of the rooms have in-room jacuzzi tubs; and has very nice breakfast buffet with a great coffee/cappuccino machine. The beds are comfortable, and once you request sufficient bedding (initially: twin size comforter, and two pillows). The hotel’s overall decor is dated and tired (circa 1992) and could use a refresher. "
