"Excellent staff and location. Ginza is an amazing area to explore and the concierge was very helpful. We stayed twice during our trip to Japan, once in the main building and once in the tower. The tower rooms have great views but are smaller and older. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They stored our luggage for us and remembered a lot of details about our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again. "

"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. "We loved the overall design of the hotel lobby, garden and rooms. The rooms were pristine and the staff super helpful. It is conveniently located and has a 7-Eleven inside. Would def recommend staying here! It feels super premium for the price point"
