"It was supposed to be a five star hotel, the shower was in a bath and it was terrible, moved us to a new room and it was about the same except we could see out the window as it was clean. We had to call an ambulance as my wife is diabetic the hotel was very bad at getting the call thru to our room, we payed extra for us to have breakfast in our room this was not allowed, the spa was missing tiles some ares were sharp on the feet. Our room was changed twice the hole time we were there room...

"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."
