"Location close to airport, shuttle pick up service, courteous staff & well maintained homely property."

"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. Also there was an incident that happened to me in the night with a malfunctioning ac unit in the bedroom but no further calls were provided to apologize for the inconvenience from their part. "Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"

"Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."

"Have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it."

"Grymt hotell, vi hade gärna kommit tillbaka! Rummen var helt magiska och maten var riktigt god. Gymmet var nytt och poolen kändes ren."
