"Fair warning this is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star as advertised. For the money there are much better options in the city. Pros: breakfast was excellent. Atrium looks impressive. Ambience for the restaurant in the front of the property (yurt in a nicely landscaped lawn area). Cons: hotel is tired looking and in serious need of renovations. "The hotel is nice overall — good bed, solid infrastructure and a beautiful building, although a bit old. For skiing, it’s a convenient option, located about 15 minutes from the slopes, and the free parking is a plus. However, the friendliness and courtesy of the staff are quite low, so don’t expect warm service. Still, it’s a decent stay and works well if your main goal is skiing."
