"Clean room with a great view, excellent facilities including lovely pools and a well-equipped gym, plus a very satisfying breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would happily stay again."
"Stayed on all inclusive basis - the main reason for 3 star review was lack of food options - 3 restaurants to choose from with same menu every night for 13 nights... led to understand there is a buffet option with theme nights but wasn't informed upon booking that this would not be available as low season.
Other than that hotel was lovely, staff what you would expect but no wow factor."
"Highly recommend going here.

Room is really nice with soft bed.
Good restaurants and awesome surroundings."
"Sehr sehr Freundliches Personal,Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, aber immer gleich. Adults Pool ab 16/12 ?
Kinder unter dem Alter im Pool, laut störend, schade da es genug andere Pools gab.Personal hat leider nicht aufmerksam gemacht…."

"Very beautiful pool and breakfast is top notch. All of our interaction with staff was truly 5 star.
We did have some ants in our room but they were clean quickly. What a beautiful place!"
"This is the most luxurious resort in Khao Lak! The staff were all incredible and made our start so memorable. The amenities are amazing and the pool residence room was just perfect. Would very easily stay here again and again!"
