"Lovely setting in the peaceful hills above Hersonissos. Two beautiful pool areas, lots of sun beds for all. Rooms were clean and kitchen area had everything you need to cook meals. Pilates and yoga classes were excellent."
"Fantastic 5 night day, we were upgraded to a suite in the adults exclusive area on arrival. The view from our room was stunning. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The à la carte restaurants served fresh food to a high standard. We shall be back!"
"This is a fabulous 5* gem, and we had a great time. Positives: Stunning hotel, extremely cleanl, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and showers, lovely happy friendly staff. A hotel with great ambience, luxury all neatly bundled up into a lovely package and we'll be back again soon. Also so quiet, even though the hotel was not empty. Negatives - 5 restaurants, unchanging menu, even in the main buffet restaurant, so choices were lacking by the end. Rooms were not serviced if you missed...
"If this was a 4 star hotel it would be poor, however it professes to be 5 star, which makes it terrible.
Room, a cool suite. Bedroom, living room & 2 bathrooms. That said the sound system in the room was an old CD player. Not retro! Food - We expected 4 places to eat, there was only a buffet open for b/fast, lunch & dinner. The Stone was open lunch till 6pm & the Taverna open for dinner only Monday & Friday! However due to the terrible staff (excluding housekeeping who were good but...
"Amazing property, felt very high end but still authentic. The staff is very nice and ready to help. The room was comfy and always beach/pool sunbeds available. The breakfast is amazing 10/10 we looked forward to it every day. The onsite reasturants and drinks were over priced for what you got (but the dinner buffet also 10/10 at 45 euros per person). If you are travelling with a baby they have lots of high chairs at all eating places. The only thing I would say is the pool is deep (for kid...
"Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel et avions choisi l’une des meilleures catégories de chambres proposées. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante et clairement pas à la hauteur du prix payé.
Tout d’abord, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes concernant l’état de la chambre : présence de moisissures autour de la salle de bain, notamment sur la partie extérieure donnant directement vers le lit, probablement à cause d’un important problème d’humidité. Sur la...
"Had an amazing stay at Mitsis Laguna Resort in Crete! Everything was excellent—from the beautiful resort and great food to the friendly and hardworking staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone made us feel very welcome. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again! 🇬🇷☀️"
"I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...
"Very good location
Small rooms
Comfortable bed
Very good WiFi
Nice breakfast, more traditional creta products should be even better...
Very helpful staff"
