"It’s quite pricey. Our family room was very tight. It was immaculate. The employees are very good. Our breakfast guy, Hasan, was terrific. As gluten free I found no one to help me with desserts. Meats were all “over cooked”. In general the food was plenty but ordinary. For a young family it would be very good. "

They had made some changes which were for the better, snack restaurants with served menu style food and a new adult entertainment area which was lovely. "This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. It was end of the season, so it seems prices were also quite low for the experience. Overall, we were very happy. My only complaint was how often and almost aggressively,...

"Overall I would say the hotel was okay, the pool area is good and there is a bar, pool table and other activities. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests. "

Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed."
