"This is a nice hotel. The lobby is stunning. The pool is cold for being heated but the sauna was hot. The rooms are small by American standards but well designed and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly and the shower was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. My partner enjoyed the bar. The location is convenient to Tivoli Gardens."

"2 daysinto a 5 day stay a nd the bar had a problem with draught beer with only one choice of bottle beer. I can undrstand it may take 24 hours to resolve but for 3 nights there was no draught beer which is not the standard i expect in a radisson"

"Bus 5C goes from airport to the hostel. A bit of walk to the metro. Remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, Not supplied in the room. The hostel is very clean. Very good breakfast buffet "

On a scale of 1 to 5, it earns a “6”!! Hard to know where to start. Perhaps with the breakfast, which was extravagant and just delicious — you know you have landed well when they serve you Mariage Frères tea in a fine Danish China teapot. My room (#8) which was so spacious and had a fabulous view of the garden, was spotless...

"The room was big and perfect for four people, although the sleepingsofa was very small for two people. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned properly and the water didn't run out of the sink. There were leftovers on the table and even on the toilet. We cleaned the room ourself and the hotel fixed the sink, but as a result we didn't use the kitchen or the fridge. "
