"Decided to go to Provence for a couple of days from St Tropez at the last minute and didn’t know what to expect. The hotel was a wonderful surprise. The property is beautiful. The pool was great. And the staff was terrific. We loved the town, felt like you were in a storybook. I would highly recommend."

However, for a five star hotel, my deluxe room felt very basic and the bathroom was cramped with no windows and no storage space. The most disappointing thing was the staff. Our experience was extremely mixed we had a very good initial welcome but then a waitress for supper at the pool bar was dismissive and very unfriendly and that was the experience...

"This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items."

"The stay was great from the moment we arrived. The staff was attentive but not too overbearing. The location was unique and the grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools and all were pleasant and different. We were upgraded to the prestige suite, which made our trip even more exceptional. I would highly recommend stay here."
