Just when I thought that was it, Indah and Katika surprised me again during evening cocktails with a beautifully presented dish from the Chinese restaurant along with a thoughtful card. Absolutely first class. Housekeeping was excellent, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and the buffet was outstanding — especially appreciated the chef personally coming by to check on guests. That level of care says everything. We’ve stayed at several Mandarin Oriental properties around the world — they’re always excellent — but Jakarta truly went above and beyond. Professional, polished, detail-oriented, and genuinely warm. We will absolutely return and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta. "
