"Great little staycation with a family of 3 kids. Pool was great. The beach was a fun adventure but it took a minute to get all the tar off from the beach. The food at all the restaurants was excellent they have an amazing amount of options for the kids. Overall wonderful stay."

"The property was very clean. The staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful. The tvs don’t work for streaming devices we had their engineer Eric, who was excellent, try to fix the tv but couldn’t. The setting is antiquated. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything. The pool had a party, we stayed in the pool building and it was so loud and thumping we reconsidered moving hotels. The restaurants have strange hours and do not appear to be a part of the hotel. The building...

"I could not sleep all night lots of noise dont know what caused it on top of that staff was so bad bell man took my clothes and when it was time to put things in the car they put my bags in the car but left my clothes with hanger in the back and never gave to us. we got home nearly 4hrs later far drive and saw that clothes were never given back. Overall horrible experience going and staying here. Would not recommend it. Staff was not on top of it especially forgetting my expensive clothes"
