"We stayed here for the New York Marathon, thinking that it would be a special stay at a very nice hotel. Immediately, we were displeased. Our room was 35 min late to be ready, and when we finally got access, the room was dirty. Hair on the toilet and shower, sticky fridge shelves. No coffee maker in the room, and you have to pay $36 to rent one. The service was far less than I’d expect from a five star hotel - we wished we had booked something else and will not return here."

"Great location. Staff not great, not sure would return"

"wonderful stay and well located....."

""Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Our night at the hotel was delightful, the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. I truly look forward to our next visit. Thank you again!""

"Well located in Hudson yards near shopping and food. Great gym. The restaurant Electric Lemon has good food and a hip ambiance. The elevators can be a little slow. The front desk team is hugely helpful and friendly. The spa is incredible - had a great massage with Kaysley"

"The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel is spotless. We had an amazing time and will most definitely be back. P.S. The beds are super comfortable!"

"Amazing place but the noice was too much even in the 34th floor you can hear the police sirens"

"La pasamos increíble Gran Hotel"

"No thank you"

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."
