The Hotel itself was clearly built as a luxurious 5* Hotel some years ago. "Hemos pasado unas fantasticas vacaciones. Todo el personal es muy atento y agradable. Todas las comdidas estaban riquisimas, con mucha variedad y poca fritanga. Ademas, uno de mis hijos tiene alergias y estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera apto para el. Las piscinas son muy divertidas, sobre todo para los niños y la habitacion enorme. "I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating.
