"I was awakened at 12.20am by the guest next door slamming his door. I rang Reception and they said they would have a word with him. That didn't work. The next night he woke me up at 4.30am. I rang Reception: the receptionist said they couldn't hear the door slam (I was on the 5th floor). When I insisted, they moved me to a room that was badly in need of refurbishment.
