"It is in a great location and we dealt with a very helpful staff member named Toni who helped us find a lost passport but I still feel I should rate the stay very low because the AC was not working in our room and I alerted the staff to this issue every day for the 5 day stay and nothing was ever done about it. "Fantastic stay Berlin at this historic hotel that felt almost brand new. Loved all the dark wood in our room. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very engaging and a joy to interact with. Loved the location right next to the Brandenburg Gate. Close to all forms of public transportation."

"This is a truly first rate hotel at a price that is lower than I would have expected in a major city. Rooms were large and luxurious, with a walk in closet as well as another closet.
