All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Wendy, Lisa, and the other staff members whose names I unfortunately forgot. We truly appreciate your kindness and warm hospitality.
Thank you for making our stay in Sapa so wonderful and memorable! We would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️"

The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square.
