Only real issue we had was the black out shade in the room has large opening on sides so the billboards lights light up the room all night- but they provided a mask- which was appreciated- the team really went out of their way to accommodate us- truly awesome! "Love that the property was centrally located. The room and balcony were decent size. What surprised me was access to the pool. I didnt know it required a reservation for guests and even with the reservation it's still first come, first served. Other than that, the hotel is a vibe!"

"Staff were so helpful, kind, and friendly. The hotel is a destination in itself. Kudos for being eco friendly. Wonderful setting. Only issues were figuring out how to use the lights in the room and operating the elevator with the disc, but we ladies in our 70s eventually mastered both!"

"I loved everything about our stay here - with one exception. The beds were comfortable but they were extremely noisy every time I would make even the slightest move. So noisy that we would wake each other up in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend upgrading the mattresses. Next time I’m in NYC, ideally, I’d want to stay here again - but the mattresses might be a deal breaker for me. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. "

"Location was great. Right across from the RH store and rooftop restaurant. Many flagship retail stores to visit in the meat packing and Chelsea Market mall. Walk and bike options next to it are the high line and Hudson River Greenway. "
