"Great location, comfortable room. Nice bed linen and very comfortable bed."

"Great space and great location. It was a shame that the kitchen and bar was closed by 10.00pm on the Sunday evening that we arrived. A strange experience for a hotel that clearly thrives from tourism and travellers"

"Loved the enjoyed, from the little window seat to proximity to park (and coffee spot just inside the park) it was perfection!0"

"This was the best London hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Clean, comfortable, beautiful , gorgeous pool , lovely staff. Fantastic view from our room and they even brought my husband a birthday cake 😁 The location was just perfect as well right near Liverpool Street station, lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from Spitalfields market . We often stay in London so we will definitely be back ."

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind. Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am. Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing. Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"Overall this wasn’t the hotel for me. The television did not work, the bathroom door did not close, the elevator was broke and I did not like the area."
