"Overall room and facility were great, view fantastic; also hotel staff was very professional - of course at this level and price point you expect perfection. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help. "Everything about this property was exquisite. The room, service, location, everything. The ONLY drawback was attempting to get there to park. It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "
