The checkin was smooth. The staff was friendly . It is a small hotel with 8 floors. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is a bit hard as the other reviewers mentioned but it's fine for me. The best was the Japanese style toilet and a very adequate ventilation fan. Breakfast was included - congee and toast with eggs and coffee and tea served in the lounge on the first floor. During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!
