"Nice hotel and well located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, close to many good shops and restaurants. Two primary issues - room would not cool at night. When I texted hotel staff, they informed me it was a government regulation. I researched this regulation and explained to them it did not apply to individual room, only common areas. They would never admit their deceit and were merely trying to save money. Hotel gym totally inadequate. My next hotel in Spain had plenty of A/C"

"this was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain, we only stayed for one night, I wish it was longer This is a beautiful property located in a historic building, and the staff made us feel at home, it felt like the staff members were proud to be part of this hotel.
