"Everything was great! The resort amenities were fantastic, clean, and modern. The pools were amazing and perfect for families with kids. I loved the hotel. However, the ladies at the front desk on the day we checked in were a bit rude with us. I understand the hotel was busy, but they were the only team members who didn’t deliver a great guest experience. This hotel was very well maintained, the staff were superbly accommodating and every last person we met was extremely friendly towards me and my 5 year old son. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra.
