"Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. We had breakfast included in our package which was continental and not to my liking but that is a personal opinion. We had 2 snack meals in the garden which were ok.
