"Lovely stay at the Sofitel - great room and welcoming team"

"Thank you!"

"Very bad experience, not parking space in front of the hotel, I did a reservation room with bathtub. The hotel was fully booked, and they gave me the the room without bathtub. The room they gave me was for disability people. I asked for refund the money but they denied it. Unhelpful people"

"Really bad experience with car parking. 20-25 minute wait for my vehicle meant I was late for an appointment. The staff gave me a credit which was nice but just a bit disorganized."

"Great location for our event at the tennis centre - a pleasant 5 minute walk away. Comfortable quiet room. The spa, steam room and Himalayan Pink Salt sauna were wonderful. Lovely helpful friendly staff. We'll definitely stay here again."

"I booked online never been there, 5 of us retired age males went to the rugby and stayed two nights. Very central to waterfront and railway station.
