"From the moment we arrived and the very last minute we left the hotel, my family and I have most memorable holiday. The location of the hotel couldnt be better. From the lively attentive reception staff, to room staff, to bar staff ( our most favorite Suzie and Barbi) to the pool attendent (joe), all went out of their ways not only to serve but also have a mingle, guide us. etc. Our bolt drivers, to people in the restaurants across the road and in main town were so so friendly and helpful. We will be returning to Venus beach hotel asap . Thank you"

Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 3.00 a.m. The lovely man on reception got a drink for us and a bottle of Prosecco, sandwiches and fruit were waiting for us in our room. The service provided at this hotel is second to none. Would highly recommend it."
