"The room was clean enough stuff were ok breakfast nothing special at all , few plates I don’t like then I asked for a few hours for late check out they said hotel is full while many if not all on line booking application had rooms available Anyway I will not return"

"Nice hotel all in all. We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30...

"Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."

"Nice location. Hotel is very simple and rooms are so small. Doesn’t worth the money and not close to be 5 stars hotel. Over paid for such a hotel."
