"Lovely hotel with a very substantial choice of breakfast - you can definitely eat like a king in the morning! Private dipping pool was great and location was quiet with a nice view of downtown. However, it is a bit far and you need a car or have to rely on buses (or just lots of walking including uphill on the way back). Staff were helpful and polite in general. Only drawback is the balcony part is not totally private, especially if the next door guests are outside at the same time."
"we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hilton Chania. The corner room we had with sauna and sea views was so incredible that we changed our flights to stay an extra night. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very conveniently located close walking distance to the main town along the water. The sunsets from the roof top bar were insanely gorgeous and the outdoor and indoor pool were perfect for sunny and rainy conditions.

"The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!"
