"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Stunning stay. Hotel is in a historic building located in the center of Palma old town. The remodeled space is gorgeous, so beautiful that it was hard to fully take in! The room was equally beautiful. The bar was vibey and fun with good cocktails. Staff and service top notch. Breakfast was decent but not noteworthy. If you have a car, don’t try to go to the hotel, parking is in a public garage offsite. Loved Palma and this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city. "

"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the...
