The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you.
The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too.
The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold...

Es gab für mich auch eine rote Rose für die auf dem Zimmer auch schon eine Vase bereitstand. Die Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht und wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. "Skønt sted, fremragende service, og fantastisk morgenmad. Kvaliteten af aftenmenuerne var også i top, men portionerne er til den meget lille side, så der kan man gå sulten i seng. Dog er der rigtig gode restauranter i nærheden, så har ikke betydning for vores oplevelse.
En af de absolutte upsides er, at hotellet tilbyder fri shuttleservice til og fra Limone og vel at mærke “on demand”, så man skal ikke vente på faste afgangstider hverken til eller fra hotellet"

With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). "Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff and a nice restaurant. Pool was spotless and beautiful and direct access to the lake to swim was fabulous. Only real complaint is that the air conditioning was not strong and the room was incredibly hot and stuffy. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected better."

"This was a small quirky hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool area always had ample sun beds. A little bit far out but the hourly shuttle to Verona certainly helped this.
We never ate an evening meal in the hotel as we were out every night. The breakfast was a big let down…… very basic but the most annoying thing about it was you had to pay if you wanted anything from the à la carte menu….even if it was a basic omelette!!!
We’ve never had to pay 1p more for any items of breakfast...
"This is a gem of a hotel and a perfect choice for a relaxing stay on Lake Garda. The location on the lake by the marina is perfect. It is a short walk along the waterfront to the town centre which is packed full of great shops and restaurants as well as the harbour to rent boats or a regular boat service around the lake. "I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...
