"Extremely clean property. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They get your bags, and load them to your room. Easy and quick check in. Complimentary drink before you get to the room.
The place smelt like heaven. Not sure what that fragrance was going on in the building, but it was divine."

"Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice."

"Honestly not worth the $ especially for a 5 star hotel, food was bad, ordered room service it was disgusting and no flavour, called back ask to have it freshly made it came and it was fresh so a 5 star hotel giving you old cold food? Shouldn’t happen"
