"The staff was exemplary - including the staff in the Virtu Bar. They remembered our names and were genuinely gracious during all our interactions. We celebrated our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and just a calm place to get over jet lag. The location was also conveniently on top of a fantastic underground transit hub that led to five different subway lines - which kept us out of the rain. You're also minutes from Tokyo...

"If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. "Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. "The listing say it sleeps 10. We were a family of 5 and we stretched the sleep arrangements. Maybe if were college kids on spring break we could get 10. The guide the renter provided was accurate and made the stay enjoyable. Without it we would have had issues. The distance to the Skytree and the train station was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen sink leaked, but created no issues for us. I would recommend this place to people...
