"Una hermosa propiedad con buenos servicios, habitaciones amplias y equipadas.
El personal en restaurantes destaca por su amabilidad, lo que desafortunadamente no se extiende al personal del lobby que es malhumorado y desidioso, salvo concierge que es atenta. La comida y bebidas para ser sistema todo incluido son excelentes.
Otra consideración es que no se informa que servicios como spa y compras en tienda no se pueden cargar a la habitación, situación que tampoco se informa al hacer el check...
"The food was literally the same everyday. Some meal sessions their staff were taking food and jostling with the guests. No a great experience
They forgot to read what Expedia transmitted in terms of payment and failed to apply payment at point of entry only to ring and upset my son by asking him to come and pay. My SPA session was put in someone else name and took two days and further intervention to have it rectified.
I believe they will be very good if they pay attention to details more and...
"Nous avons passé 9 nuits , inoubliables , l'hôtel est vraiment incroyable, le personnel est d'une gentillesse inégalable, les services sont tous parfait je recommande a 100% ! Nous prévoyons d'y retourner dès l'année prochaine"
"Very clean resort!
Friendly staff especially Ms Tausi who was extremely helpful with our needs. We had all inclusive experience and it was great!
Will highly recommend 👌"
"This hotel completely ruined my expectations because I paid a very high price of $450 per night, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The food is terrible, the room is old, and even though it’s an all-inclusive hotel, the minibar in the room was completely empty. The hotel is also very boring, and the entertainment is awful — they keep doing the same things over and over again.
The only good things about the hotel are its location and the pool. Other than that, everything is...
"Extraordinarily attentive staff with personable service. We enjoyed the spicy sauce and Flora went out of her way to make a specific batch to take with us. Elias was also friendly and knew when to circle back to us."
"Hotel is of very high quality, excellent staff service with very good restaurant and bar facilities. Staff were very welcoming and extremely courteous. Hakuna Matata!!"
"My wife and I found a little bit of paradise at Royal Mandarin Resort! Very very nice property. We booked this room for five nights following our Serengeti Safari in the hope of some beach relaxation. We got that and so much more!"
"Our stay at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach had several positive aspects. The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay.
That said, there are a few points worth being aware of. The rooms appear more worn in reality than the pictures suggest, which detracts from the overall impression. In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This...
