"The staff was pleasant and professional. The property was walking distance to the National Gallery of Art (our primary destination), excellent restaurants and the Metro. Our room had no view, the bathroom was tiny (hard to exit) and our shower was missing half the sliding door. By design? If so, never seen that before. Excellent in- room coffee and the hotel cafe food was also excellent."

"Took my teenagers for a DC trip for spring break. Hotel was convenient and nice. Not as nice as other hotels in this brand but still a good location and safe. Rooms are small but so is everything in the area. "

"This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. "
