Great property & location. Excellent service & attention to the needs of the guests.

Get away trip right before 4th of July for my husband and I. We had a great experience. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Everything was very well cleaned and maintained. Close to Metro station, area was beautiful and safe. Close to museums and nearby restaurants. Planning to stay there again.

My family and I visited this hotel for a few days over winter break, and our experience was absolutely magical. Upon checking in, my 10 year old was greeted and asked if she liked to read. From there, she was escorted into an executive office and issued her very own library card for within the hotel. She was ecstatic. The history alone within this establishment is remarkable. They have a “history hallway” that describes the hotel’s existence and all the famous patrons that have travelled...

Right on the wharf. Lots of food choices within walking distance. Upper End vibe. No Walmart lifestyle choices so….keep it moving if that’s your vibe. Very DC with a strong professional element. Great views of DC1 & Pentagon along with walking distance to ferry to Alexandria. All good.

My wife and I headed to Washington for a 3 day weekend. We stayed at the Trump International Hotel. The room was 745, which had a nice view of the Capital Building. We did not bring a car since the hotel was so close to main attractions. We walked or rode bikes most of the time. Previously, the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in was Hotel d’Aubusson in Paris. The Trump International was amazing and is now the best place I have ever stayed.

Very nice stay. Close to center

This is a fabulous hotel that is central to the metro and restaurants. The lobby area is stunning! Wish the beds were a bit comfier for the price. Rooms are a good size.

All staff members from those at the enterance who greeted us, to the concierge, to the servers in the restaurant and the patio bar, were so welcoming and kind and attentive to us from the start to the finish of our stay. I could not have asked for a kinder and professional group of people. Our room was kept spotless by the wonderful housekeepers who meticulously created a clean and comfortable room. Special thank you to Mohammed who attentively served us in the hotel restaurant and was so...

Staff is fantastic. There’s a dog park a couple blocks up as well, and a Harris Teeter a few blocks down.

My son and I decided to have a mommy and son day, before I have my 2nd child. My 8 year old son wanted to stay at the Ritz. He wanted to enjoy the indoor heated pool and order room service. He loved the pool and the food ordered through room service was on point my son is very picky regarding hotels and food. He has been traveling since he was 6 weeks old and has always had a high standard for hotels and food.

Quiet, elegant, great central location, the Jeff has it all

The staff were super friendly! I highly recommend Hotel Washington, and if I ever come back to Washington D.C. I’d definitely come back here!

Great deal through Expedia. We stayed in the delux room that was beyond comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the national mall and great restaurant. With our reservation we had valet parking and an exceptional full breakfast! I will be returning !

My stay with Riggs Hotel was very enjoyable. Upon arrival we were greeted with the vallet on what to do. Very helpful!! Easy check in! Great location!! Only thing I was surprised about was that the bed did not have a fitted sheet? Leaving guest to lay on a plastic encasement? When I asked about sheets, they brought 2 more flat sheets to my room! Very nice! All in all we had a great stay! Already booked again in August!🙂

Beautiful room, quiet, elegant. Excellent food! Try the Asian breakfast.

This property is not to the standard/expectation for a Park Hyatt hotel—a bit more tired/run down and no charm/IKEA look and feel.

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a luxurious, adult hotel while staying in DC for our 50th wedding anniversary. Don't think we could have done better than Capella. Georgetown is a pleasure for diners. Public transportation -- the "Circulator", Metro, busses, and cabs -- are so convenient and inexpensive. 50 cents each for seniors to get to Union Station at the Capitol. Capella is a wonderful place to come to after a day of touring. Capella treated us exceptionally. EG,...

The breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
