"This is a beautiful, well maintained, elegant hotel in the middle of Interlaken directly between the two railway stations. It is easy to reach and perfect as a location to explore the Jungfrau area. The inclusive breakfast is first rate with a wonderful view of two person Para-gliders landing in the park opposite the hotel. The reception staff are fabulous. The other staff are good, but the evening staff,in the same wonderful space as breakfast, do get the award for being the slowest servers in...

My only issue was breakfast, the service was terrible, the staff were faffing about trying to look busy rather than service customers, it took 25 mins from ordering for the cooked option to arrive and the place was a ¼ full at best. I would recommend you get breakfast elsewhere."
