"Very clean. Lovely staff. Everything needed. Room bit dated. Its old, yes but building crumbling. Magical grounds but quite run down. Rotten benches. Muddy. Could be prettier.Never saw Estuary up like is on website. Just mud banks.Nature eh but not the idylic setting expected. But we did have a nice time. Restaurant food average pub fayre not well done. "The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! "

"On arrival we were greeted by the owners who made us very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, breakfast outstanding. They could not do enough for us especially with my wife’s disability. We are looking forward to returning in the future."

"Overall we had a great stay. A few down points for us, mainly the cleanliness. There were cigarette ends scattered in the outside area, there was toothpaste scattered up the bathroom wall, hairs all in the main bed and the dining chairs were awfully stained.
