"The property facilities were not maintained as one would expect at a 5 star resort. The food served was average. No mini fridge in the upgraded room. Only one hook in the bathroom. Again, not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel."

"The resort fee and daily parking fee is a little outrageous. There is no free parking and the only option is valet. There isn’t much in a walkable distance (food or shopping) so a vehicle is a must. There were a a few groups of twentysomethings also staying at the resort during our stay there. One group of girls were screaming on their balcony and when I turned to see what they were yelling about one of the girls flashed me. I had no desire to see a naked young female screaming on their balcony...

"The check in process was the only positive thing about this hotel. We had originally planned to stay here for 5 nights, but after the first night we checked out. I found someone’s shareware hung over the shower, hair in the bathtub, so I assume the bathroom was not cleaned at all after the last quests had been there. "Property is lovely, the food however was not what we expected- the best food was in the outdoor dining venue, The staff was not able to resolve an issue with the TV when we called it in three times. We had an another issue with the balcony door, the technician was helpful and was able to address the TV. "
