"An excellent choice for a family holiday. Family rooms are very good for a family of four, the hotel is very well maintained, the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The food was very good and the bar area is great for chilling out and playing cards with family in the evening. A couple of tips - the pool areas can feel quite crowded and can be noisy around activity times. Other than that a great option. Also located near the beautiful town of Side - there's a bus every 10 minutes from very near the hotel."

"The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and loads of space. A lot of the staff didn't speak English, but very respectful and willing to help with questions. Some of the other patrons were rude. They did not want to wait in line for food or service. There were plenty of options for meals. I found the buffet to have a lot of good choices. I especially liked the fried chicken at the outside buffet by the pool. The Irish bar had top shelf liquor that they made their specialty drinks with or you could request your own concoction. Plenty of bottled water everywhere. The beach was an 8 min walk. They had a service to take/return that ran every 15 min. The beach was clean with plenty of lounges. There was even a cantina that you could get burgers, hotdogs, french fries, fruit and ice cream bars. No alcohol is served at the beach. The pool area is large. There's a bunch of water slides, kiddie area, adult pool, loads of lounges. Some of the tiles where the water is collected are in need of repair. Overall, really enjoyed the stay."

"This 5-star hotel makes a big impression on the visitor right after arrival. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed. The territory is big and has various amenities to satisfy all needs. The food is excellent; a lot of options for every taste. Rooms are practical and quite spacious. The bathroom has all amenities. The big drawback, however, is the air-conditioning. Our party of 4 lived in 2 different rooms, and in both of them the air-condition was not working after our arrival. It took us 2 ½ days of reminding and additional repairs for the problem to get fixed. For €300 per night this is not acceptable!"
