"The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. "The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....

"Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of their nationality, race, or culture. I felt they favored Germans more than others, which is not how it should be. However some were nice and friendly. "
