"A beautiful modern hotel in a stunning location everywhere is immaculate extremely well kept very clean the decor is really lovely. The staff are excellent all very positive hard working and pleasant. Our housekeeper kept our room just perfect and she welcomed us with an amazing smile and greeting every morning."
"My stay at Ella Alkyna was lovely. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food! Every restaurant the food was excellent. My favorite was Satoumi. You can tell that Ella really took their time putting together restaurants/menus/chefs because the restaurants did not disappoint. All of the wait staff really made sure that you were comfortable and were taken care of. I think my only qualm is the hills, it was a steep hill to get to the beach/steep hill to get back to the main reception...
"Amazing hotel location as long as you don't mind getting a few steps in to get to the beach. One side of the hotel as amazing sunrise ocean views and the other side has amazing sunset ocean views. The breakfast buffet was extensive - the staff super friendly and accommodating - it was tough to leave."
"Absolutely wonderful stay at Eva Palace, staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless, and the Buffet breakfast was absolutely superb quality, choice and quantity. The private beach was just magical and the pool was divine. All in all a truly five ⭐ experience for this holiday."
"The property was beautiful! And the service amazing - we arrived late from the airport and they allowed us to eat before checking in then proceeded to deliver a charcuterie platter to our room for a midnight snack. Top notch!"
"This is a 3-star resort, perhaps exacerbated by visiting towards the end of the season.
Our room was spacious and generally clean, although dusty underneath the bed. Small details fell short of 5-star standards; stirrers instead of teaspoons, no “Do Not Disturb” signs, bed linen not changed during our six-night stay. The lack of door signs meant my daughter was occasionally woken from naps by staff, absolutely not the staff’s fault, and they were always apologetic, but easily...
"The staff was fantastic and the view from the hotel is really nice. We felt very relaxed and well cared for while onsite. Unfortunately, I came down with terrible food poisoning the last night I was there which was an awful way to end the trip. Luckily my husband and I ate different things for dinner that night and he did not get sick."
"Beautiful resort with a lovely tranquil feel.
Breakfast choice was excellent.
Rooms are what let's it down. On the small side and the bathroom isn't great. At this price I expect to be wowed."
"Great amenities and services. Very friendly and helpful staff. All inclusive with great variety of food and very good quality. New place (opened 2025), we had an excellent price/performance ratio."
