"Love that the property was centrally located. The room and balcony were decent size. What surprised me was access to the pool. I didnt know it required a reservation for guests and even with the reservation it's still first come, first served. Other than that, the hotel is a vibe!"

"This is one of the best hotels someone could stay at in NYC. Similar hotels would be the Mr C. franchise though the Beekman is a true art hotel in a historic building with no comparison in terms of a classic NYC boutique hotel. The downstairs restaurant and associated french bistro are top quality in a foodie city like NYC. I could not recommend a hotel more highly than the Beekman. "

"Great hotel. Comfortable. Rooms are very nice. Room service food was poor and had an unfortunate interaction with a particular front desk person but everyone else was exceptional. "

"I loved everything about our stay here - with one exception. The beds were comfortable but they were extremely noisy every time I would make even the slightest move. So noisy that we would wake each other up in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend upgrading the mattresses. Next time I’m in NYC, ideally, I’d want to stay here again - but the mattresses might be a deal breaker for me. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. "
