"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful....
