"So we were debating between the beach access room and the reef view room. We are a couple with child and eventually we took the more expensive reef view. The room itself is big and luxurious and it is right in front of the reef with a ladder to a great snorkel. However we decided to downgrade to the beach access room a bit smaller but much closer to the pool to breakfast and to the kids club which worked better for us"

"This place is amazing!!! It’s truly an experience."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mother daughter trip and I appreciated that the resort wasn’t geared towards couples only. Friendly staff, shout out to Stefany, Raul, Mariasol, Nelvia, and everyone else we encountered! It was a bday trip and I loved the little cake and the special room decoration for me. Great pools, good beach with enough chairs/umbrellas for all. Food was great overall! Loved the breakfast buffet and Nami. The Italian place and the lunch seafood place was maybe a 3.5 or 4/5....

"Our first impression of the resort was positive, but once we settled in and spent more time on the property, we quickly realized the overall experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. The floors felt dirty, and there was noticeable dust underneath the bed. The property overall needs bettermaintenance and updates, as there were several areas of visible damage, including holes and other issues throughout the resort. We also experienced indoor flooding...

"If you travel in a group with more than 2 people, good luck getting reservations for parks and for restaurants. Guest service and concierge was useless. They did nothing to help us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING TO THIS RESORT! We love Cancun but will never stay at Xcaret Arte"

"Beautiful resort just wish I had more time. Fresh food that protein can be added but is a vegans dream. Spa is spectacular- you walk out into the jungle to walk to you treatment. So beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and facilities are beautiful. Would recommend."

"Paraíso exclusivo"

"El hotel excelente, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño. Excelente servicio. Super ubicación!"

"Housekeeping staff were nice and efficient, in the heart of Playa del Carmen so very easy to get around/go to restaurants. Staff like Fernando were so helpful and patient, made our experience smoother and easier."

"La ubicación las playas y el personal todo muy lindo y agradable"

"The condo was very nice, large and spacious. Had everything we needed. Would definitely choose this property in the future. "

"Absolument épouvantable : c est une honte de vendre un tel produit à ce prix. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Pas de plage, piscine très sale, manager de mauvaise Foix . Nourriture infâme : bref séjour épouvantable à la clé "

"We stayed in this resort when it first opened fall 2017 and it was fantastic. , actually looking to go again , I realized I had forgotten to review."
