"This hotel is just a 6-10 min. Drive from Dalaman Airport, we needed that close proximity to fly out. Breakfast is good. However, it is not a 5 star facility by any stretch of imagination. The hotel shows deferred maintenance and the staff is not well trained for hospitality business. Don’t expect any greetings or head nodding. The bathroom does not even have a vanity light, just a single recessed light on the ceiling. There are too many little quirks to list, At best it is a 2 star level...
"A great family resort where we stayed with our 8 month old for 9 nights. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A vast choice of buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the views from the top floor are amazing. The hotel is only 20 minutes from airport and you have Sargarme market which is few minutes in a taxi and only costs 5 euros if you want buy some souvenirs/fakes. Totally recommend this hotel for families"

"Overall, I had a very good stay at Grand Cettia Hotel in Marmaris. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was comfortable, and almost everything you need is available on-site.
The facilities were definitely one of the strongest points. I enjoyed the spa, the bar, the evening entertainment and the general atmosphere of the hotel. The service was good and the staff made the stay pleasant and relaxing.

"it was the worst experience, cheap management, too much rules. I have never been charged for a safety box in my life, although the safety box is in my room, I paid about 200 US Dollar for one night and they want to charge me 2 euro for the safety box, also my booking is with Wifi but I had to pay again 2 euro a day for the internet, it is only free in the lobby.. there is no Iron and will not provide one, there are no tissue in the room and so many others.
