"Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel at this price point.
We stayed here during our engagement trip and were given a room with an overwhelming sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I reported it immediately and was told it would be fixed. After returning from the beach, the smell was exactly the same. I complained again and brought a staff member to the room, who confirmed she could also smell it.
I repeatedly asked to change rooms and was told there were absolutely none...
"Staff is very kind and friendly. Hotel is at remote area near a small village only few restaurants available. It is very good holiday option for people would like to have calm and chill holiday. Breakfast was nice. The sea is excellent in the mornings when it’s not wavy. Only bad point for us was the bathroom. The room itself is fine but bathroom was very poor maintained. They need to fix and/or renovate shower room and adjacent water units."
"To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels door !!!!! And also the spa didn’t had enough therapist, so they gave such an excuses that you don’t need this therapy at the moment!!!!"
"Too many kids, would benefit much more from being an adult only hotel, service needs to get better, a smile goes long way, it’s not a $100 a night hotel, being rude and miserable doesn’t get you far in the service industry"
"Perfekte Lage in der Stadt, liegt ideal zwischen Altstadt und dem neueren Teil der Stadt; sehr nahe zum Stadtbus für den Strand.
Frühstück wunderbar, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll.
Sehr schöne Räume mit individuell ausgewählter Ausstattung.
Äusserst nette Besitzer, sehr hilfsbereit und präsent.
Sogar Parkplatz war vorhanden trotz autofreier Gegend.
Wir würden in kein anderes Hotel in Kalamata gehen wollen."
"Ruhiges großes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, gute Klimaanlage, ordentliche Betten und modernes Bad. Sehr angenehmer Bereich rund um einen sehr großen Pool mit guten Liegen und Rasenflächen - auch mit Schatten.
Frühstück für 5-Sterne ausbaufähig, z.B. nur zwei unterschiedliche verpackte Marmeladen, Obstauswahl ordentlich - aber nicht für die 5-Sterne etc. Kein Haus für einen längeren Urlaub, da der Stadtstrand an dieser Stelle jetzt nicht so anziehend wirkt - und dahinter die Straße verläuft."
