"A lovely traditional hotel with art nouveau architecture and style. The decoration was pretty glamorous. The staff was very hospitable and the concierge gave us good recommendations. The room we got was very spacious and had a gorgeous view of the hotel's terrace. We also liked the toiletries from L'Occitane. We did not have breakfast included, but it was raining so we decided to stay in and pay for it even though it was pricey, but it was worth it. Varied and delicious choices, the restaurant was really nice and had excellent service. The hotel was in the Lower Town, but just about 10 minutes from Upper Town (which is more touristy, but we found the Lower Town to be prettier). While we had a great experience at the hotel overall, it does feel a bit run down and in need of an upgrade. However, we felt the price we paid was very reasonable for what we got. If they upgrade the hotel, they will probably increase the rates."

"Great location for walking around Old Town,they took care of parking, great breakfast in airy room with views, room surprisingly quiet, St Marks Church was closed but the Museum of Broken Relationships was creative ."

It was strange though that I had to ask the receptionist to turn on our AC, it was locked from our control in our room and there wasn’t a sign to explain that we had to request AC. Other than that everything went smoothly."

"Fantastic hotel, recently renovated, super quiet and comfortable. In the city center, so, close to attractions and restaurants. High quality. We liked the pickup player and the vinyl disks. Staff very friendly and helpful. A delight."
