"The hotel location is very convenient walkable in the central of old town. The breakfast is great many options and I love the receptionist Ly. She is amazing helpful, friendly. Rooms are little dark but clean enough. All staffs are doing their best provided very good service. We will be back "

"This is a great place to stay. The hotel is centrally located in old town. The staff, Quan, Cloud, Cara and Leo, provided exceptional lobby service. My first day at the hotel, I wasn’t sure if my pre booked tours would pick us up at the hotel. Quan called each tour company and ensured a pick up for us. The breakfast that was included with the room was fantastic. Everyday there was a variety of Asian and Western food choices. Absolutely delicious. Housekeeper came in everyday and cleaned...
