If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing. Breakfast at the buffet was unorganized, people just walking in and not forming a queue."

However front desk staff might come out as difficult to communicate with, I had 3 separate reservations and was reminded about check out every time including deactivating my keys, despite telling them at check in and them having charged me in full, so just be prepared to continuously explain yourself....
