"The building and services we received was fantastic! There were a few issues around getting our orders right at the restaurant - one suggestion would be for the waiters to read through the order before they head to the kitchen. Other than that the dining experience was fantastic - we weren't able to visit all the restaurants due to some of them being closed. The only other issue we had was the prices of extended services, spa/watersports, on site store, the markups are around 300% and massages...

They are not accessible for ordering. - Given a room that did not match our request (requested king bed but got 2 double beds, which were only able to fit 1 person for each) - Toilet was smelling bad and our room was positioned far from the activity areas. - Open buffet quality was bad and variety was limited.
