"The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, premises, next to the sandy beach with clean and warm sea for swimming. I have taken 1 star for everything because: 1. On the first day one member of staff in the bar was very rude to me and I had to complain. We didn't go to the bar after the incident. 2. "The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, premises, next to the sandy beach with clean and warm sea for swimming. I have taken 1 star for everything because: 1. On the first day one member of staff in the bar was very rude to me and I had to complain. We didn't go to the bar after the incident. 2. There are a lot of cats in the canteen who try to get into your plate. 3. A lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel chasing guests, fighting with each other. The worst thing is that the dogs are fouling on the beach!!! It has considerably spoilt the impression. 4. Location is very far away from the airport: beween 2.5-3 hours drive one way."
